BDW is operated by a volunteer Board of Directors, comprised of parents and community members with a passion for the performing arts. Anyone interested in serving on the Board of Directors may contact a present Board Member.

BDW is community based and acknowledges the importance of and need for volunteers. The success of our community events, fundraisers and spring performance relies on the efforts of our volunteers.
